i found the staff service very kind. the metro entrance was just across the sidewalk from the building. the facilities featured nice decorations and a clean presentation. it created a good vibe. i also found the porte des liles metro station a minute away from the hotel entrance.
i felt the room was a bit small. the placement of the tv created an awkward viewing angle because the wooden bars partially obstructed the screen. the room had no desk with a chair or fridge. storage was also lacking, a minor issue.

The location seriously rocks! a metro stop sits just outside, buses are super close too. i was able to zoom around, took me about 15 minutes to hit the city center. the room, a beautiful room balcony, was killer. I heard zero noise from other rooms.
The water pressure in the shower felt a bit low. Otherwise, everything was spot-on.

i found the metro station to be almost right outside. a bus station was also available. it took about 15 mins to reach the center. the area seemed safe. a bakery, various restaurants and a mcdonald's were nearby.
unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was not great. the temperature was difficult to manage as well.

I found the architecture of the room to be beautiful with an elegant and modern touch. the cleanliness was excellent, with the room and bathroom super clean. housekeeping refreshed the space every day, which i appreciated. i also stored my luggage after checkout. This made my departure day convenient.
our room lacked sufficient storage space. i kept my belongings folded in a suitcase. there was nowhere to hang wet towels. breakfast was the biggest disappointment. the selection was very limited.

The hotel is located a bit outside the central area, but a metro station sits right next to it. This metro line provides access everywhere (very convenient!). The neighborhood is busy, I noticed it is full of friendly people living and working there. The room I stayed in was super clean and looked modern.
I booked well in advance and this difference was not communicated beforehand. I found this to be quite frustrating, and the staff did not offer a satisfactory explanation.
